All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

• Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
• Europe: 7–20 business days
• Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

TonyArt is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
